1. Agreement
By using NextShift ("the Platform"), operated by Your Website Friend LLC ("YWF", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Services
NextShift provides sports team management software including registration, payment processing, scheduling, communication, and custom website hosting. Paid plans include setup and onboarding handled by our team.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in US dollars and billed monthly
- Setup fees are one-time charges billed at onboarding
- Payment processing fees (Stripe) are separate from subscription fees
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Setup fees are non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
6. Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you upload to NextShift. Upon cancellation, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, we may delete your data from our systems.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use NextShift for any illegal purpose, to distribute malware, or to harass or harm others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
8. Custom Websites
Custom-branded websites built for paid plans are hosted and maintained by YWF. The website design and code remain the property of YWF. Your content (logos, text, images) remains yours.
9. Limitation of Liability
NextShift is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
