When you use NextShift, we collect information you provide directly: name, email address, organization name, and payment information. When parents and players register through your team's website, we collect the registration data on behalf of your organization.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the NextShift platform
• Process payments through Stripe
• Send transactional communications (confirmations, reminders)
• Respond to your inquiries and support requests
• Improve our services

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing
• Supabase — for secure data storage
• Vercel — for website hosting
• Resend / Twilio — for email and SMS communications

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, and row-level security policies on all database tables. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous, privacy-friendly website analytics — no personal data is tracked.

NextShift processes registration data for minor athletes on behalf of their parents/guardians and the sports organizations they participate in. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children without parental consent.
